Beauty Edit: Pink Nails

I always love a good pink nail polish, especially in the summer! First thing first, you must start with a good base on your nails. A good base coat helps your color to stay on your nails for a period of time.

I like to start with OPI Nail Envy, and I put two coats on my nails and let it dry. Nail envy really helps make my nails strong and makes it harder to break your nail. Next I put on Seche Vite Ridge Filler, and let that dry. This step helps smooth out any ridges you have and gives you a nice smooth base to put your color on.

Then I will put on two coats of the color of my choice, and I finish off with Seche Vite Top Coat. The top coat is a lacquer and really seals the color on nicely. It is important that you let your nails dry some between each coat, if you don’t your color will start to peel off pretty quick, and we don’t want that.
